for a clown, random was keeping face. i had often wondered if moisture would ruin the make-up. yea, he was a smarter clown, he used caladryl bug-proof lotion and the ashes of fire for a more "organic" vibe.

Why does the clown never eat his entrails anymore?

I washed my soap in lard, but the corn never completed its stanza.

There was sidenote in the margin, obviously Colonel Ramshackle's low-blood-sugar handwriting - illegible - followed by at least seven exclamation points. The only word I could make out was "camphor" and I was only about five-eighths sure about that one. This was typical of Ramshackle. We'd all agreed not to mark up this copy, but the 'Rules' just didn't apply to him.
